- 3-Day Minimum Stay Holiday Weekends
- Renting only by the week, Sunday to Sunday for July and August
$80 housecleaning fee
Amenity fees are included in the rental rate except for Canoe and Kayak Rental:
- On-site three-person canoe for rent. $30 ($31.65 with sales tax) for three day two night visit. $50 ($52.75 with sales tax) for 3-7 night visit.
- On-site two-person kayak for rent. $30 ($31.65) for three day two night visit. $50 ($52.75) for 3-7 night visit.
- On-site one-person kayak for rent $30 (31.65) for three day two night visit $50 ($52.75 for 3-7 night visit)
- On-site bikes. Ask owner about details.
Sales Tax: 5.5%

Half the Rental Fee with Signed Rental Agreement Confirms Booking.
Refundable $300 Damage Deposit and Balance Due no later than 30 Days Prior to Arrival.
MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a two (2) night minimum stay. Three (3) night minimum stays is required during holiday and high peak periods.
No Smoking or Pets.
